Sleep Questionnaire Data

To generate your personalized sleep insights and recommendations, we collect information from sleep questionnaires you complete within the app. This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to third parties.

  • Sleep patterns and habits
  • Bedtime and wake times
  • Sleep quality ratings
  • Factors affecting sleep (stress, caffeine, exercise, etc.)
  • Sleep environment details
  • Health conditions affecting sleep
  • Medications that impact sleep

Chat Messages

The Service may allow you to chat with an AI sleep coach. Chat messages entered into the chatbot are sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI acts as the AI service provider for the chatbot feature. We process the messages you send and the content generated in response in order to provide personalized sleep advice and support.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service and may include information such as Your Device's IP address, browser type and version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Use of Your Data

  • To provide and maintain the Service.
  • To personalize sleep insights, recommendations, and coaching responses.
  • To track and analyze your sleep patterns over time.
  • To manage Your Account (if applicable).
  • To respond to user inquiries and support requests.
  • For analytics and product improvement such as identifying usage trends and improving the user experience.
  • For security purposes, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.

We do not sell Your Data.

AI Processing and Third-Party Service Provider

The Service uses artificial intelligence technology provided by OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C., United States) to generate sleep coaching responses, personalized advice, sleep analysis, and recommendations.

To provide these features, the following user-provided data may be transmitted securely via encrypted HTTPS connection to OpenAI’s servers:

  • Sleep questionnaire responses (when shared with consent)
  • Chat messages you send in the chatbot
  • AI-generated responses
  • General sleep pattern information
  • Personalized recommendations

This data is processed solely for the purpose of generating personalized sleep coaching content and providing AI-powered sleep assistance features.

OpenAI does not use this data for advertising purposes. We require that OpenAI maintains data protection and security standards equal to or greater than those described in this Privacy Policy.

Data may be processed on servers located in the United States or other jurisdictions where OpenAI operates.

Your data is transmitted to OpenAI only after you provide explicit in-app consent. If you decline, AI-powered features (including personalized sleep recommendations and chat coaching) will not be available.

Local Data Storage

Sleep questionnaire responses are stored locally on the device. They are not transmitted to third parties. This ensures your sensitive sleep and health information remains private and accessible only to you through the app.

You have full control over this local data and can delete it at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the application.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We may share Your personal information in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: to host the Service, provide analytics, deliver customer support, and help us operate and improve the Service.
  • With OpenAI, L.L.C.: to generate AI-powered sleep coaching responses, personalized sleep recommendations, and sleep analysis.

  • With Affiliates: where affiliates are required to honor this Privacy Policy.
  • With Your consent: for any other purpose with Your agreement.

Retention of Your Data

Sleep questionnaire data is retained locally on your device until you choose to delete it. Chat messages and other data sent to OpenAI for processing are retained according to OpenAI's own data retention policies.

Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is needed to strengthen the security or improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Transfer of Your Data

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. This means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from Your jurisdiction.
